As Wright Homes Las Vegas, we’re thrilled to share the vibrant expansion and diverse culinary landscape blooming in the Southwest portion of the Las Vegas Valley. Our region is not just about stunning real estate opportunities; it’s also becoming a hotspot for food enthusiasts and lifestyle seekers.

Starting off with a breakfast delight, EARLY BIRDS is set to open its doors on April 6 at 5025 Blue Diamond Road. This cozy spot will offer a range of breakfast favorites like pancakes, waffles, and French toast, complemented by innovative additions such as boozy whipped cream. For the savory lover, there are omelets, skillets, and Benedicts, not to mention the delightful croque madame. Early Birds will also serve a selection of coffee drinks, smoothies, and unique cocktails, like the Cereal Cocktail. This establishment is a venture of the 81/82 Group, promising a fresh morning start.

In the realm of nightlife, TODO BEIN has recently opened at 8548 Rozita Lee Ave., within the UnCommons area. This spot merges tiki culture with tequila, offering a range of spirits-based cocktails, signature mixology, and refreshing agua frescas. Its Mexican-inspired dining room and terrace provide a lush atmosphere for an evening out.

Sports enthusiasts will be excited about BRACKETS AT THE STADIUM, a March Madness-themed pop-up at The Venetian, offering a captivating experience with over 100 TVs, luxury seating, and a range of food and beverage options to enjoy the NCAA basketball tournament in style.

Adding to the allure, SAMMY’S ISLAND, envisioned by rock icon Sammy Hagar, is slated to open on May 17 at the Palms pool complex. It will feature an idyllic setting with cabanas, a tiki bar, a tequila bar, and live entertainment, promising a top-notch leisure experience.

Not to be overlooked, ATOMIC GOLF is preparing to launch near The Strat, offering an expansive golfing experience with multiple bars, dining options, and digital amenities, set to become a key entertainment venue in the area.

Moreover, the culinary scene continues to flourish with BRASSERIE B by Bobby Flay at Caesars Palace now offering brunch, and the OYSTER BAR at Durango Resort serving seafood delights around the clock. Additionally, TOSCANA RISTORANTE & BAR at Park MGM is hosting an exquisite wine dinner, and HAPPY CAMPER at Fashion Show mall presents a weekend brunch perfect for recuperating from the night before.

At Wright Homes Las Vegas, we recognize the importance of these developments in enhancing the lifestyle and appeal of Southwest Las Vegas. These new establishments not only cater to the culinary tastes of our community but also signify the ongoing growth and dynamism of our local real estate market. We are excited to help clients find their dream homes in this flourishing part of the city, where the blend of residential comfort and vibrant lifestyle creates an unmatched living experience.
